machines for non ferrous billets.  Flashless forging is
possible in most cases.  The Forge Tronic is completely
programmable for stroke length and timing of vertical and
extruder rams.  Overload protection is also programmable.
Also if the option is selected, timing and volume of
through the die lubrication is possible to be completely
programmable for timing and volume of lubrication 
Energy savings possible with recapture and storage of
electrical current. Three models with extruders, two
models for only vertical pressing.

Applications include nuts, fittings and valve bodies.
