Pre-recess unit

Winema offers a pre-recess unit on all of their machines.  The idea is to machine with a form tool a section of the bar or wire before entering the clamp ring and saw parting operation.  In this way the possibities of feasible workpiece design is expanded.  Other operations besides “forming” include shaving, and knurling.  A positive feature of the Winema pre-recess application is a short remnant.  In the case of double prodution, two pre recess units can be supplied.
