Rotary Transfer Machines

Unior provides flexible rotary transfer machines of the dial
variety for high volume productions.  Dial stations can be
from 2 to 8 positions.  1 or three axes are normal per station
but a fourth and fifth axis can be added as an option.
Workpiece clamping can be changed by robot as an option.
Workpiece loading is done by hand, by gantry or in most
cases by robot.  Tools are HSK 63 or 100 and can be supplied
with a 6 or 8 station revolver or a 20 or 30 station magazine.
Planetary clampings can be NC controlled.

Modular platform swivel bearing carrier, exhaust manifold,
bearing block intake, axial bearing, oil regulating pump,
vaccuum pump housing, connecting rod, planet carrier,
pliers, balancing shaft, cam follower roller, auxiliary frame,
roller rocker, drive shaft, flange shaft, cylinder head cover,
housing, regulater lever, bracket.
